How fast will my backpacks arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished packs ship in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available when you are working to a conference or term start.

Embroidery or screen print?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery for anything that has to still look like uniform in two years, and it reads better on a textured pack face. Screen print when the artwork is large, full-colour or a single-season promotion.

Question 4

Which style should I choose?

Logo daypacks for general gifting, commuter packs where a laptop is involved, drawstring for high-volume events, rolltop for real weather, youth sizes for schools, and travel packs where the pack has to work as carry-on.

Do you offer recycled fabric?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recycled rPET made from post-consumer bottles is available on the logo, commuter and travel packs at a small premium, and we will tell you the honest bottle-count equivalent rather than a marketing figure.

Can every pack carry a different name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no per-pack setup charge. Send a spreadsheet with one row per pack and each one arrives personalised and bagged with that name on the label.

Will you match our exact brand colour?

We hold 14 stock colours and can PMS match the body fabric on larger runs. Send your reference and we will say honestly whether a stock colour is close enough to be worth it.

Can I order a sample first?

Our minimum of 12 exists so you can hold the pack before committing. Order a small batch, load one up and carry it for a week, then scale up on exactly the same file.
