Almost every branded item ends up in a drawer. A backpack is the exception, but only if it is built well enough to survive being used daily — and a pack that fails in a term is worse than no pack at all, because it fails while carrying your name on it.

Most promotional suppliers sell whatever pack their catalogue had that season, with your logo on the front. The fabric weight is unstated, the strap join is unreinforced, and the failure shows up three months after the invoice is closed.
We publish the denier, the capacity and the construction, and we will talk you out of the expensive pack when a cinch bag does the job. That has cost us orders and won us the reorders.

Logo redraw and embroidery digitising are free, and we keep the files — so a reorder next year matches rather than approximately matches.
