A branded backpack is the rare promotional item that gets used until it wears out. It has to earn that, which means the strap has to be padded, the zip has to survive being yanked, and the bottom seam has to hold a laptop and a water bottle without going soft in the middle.

We build on 600D polyester as standard and recycled rPET when the sustainability line matters to you, both with a padded back panel, adjustable contoured straps and a bar-tacked strap join. That last detail is where cheap packs fail and it costs almost nothing to do properly.

Decoration is embroidery for a mark that has to look like uniform for years, or screen print when the artwork is large or full colour. On a textured pack face, embroidery almost always reads better; we will show you a stitch simulation before anything runs so nobody discovers the limit at scale.
